Yet, we have chosen ten natural beauties that are worth seeing. Let them impress you with their majesty. <br\/><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/balianska-jaskyna-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5912\" width=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/balianska-jaskyna-2.jpg 540w, https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/balianska-jaskyna-2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Belianska cave<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Belianska cave, the only cave open to the public, is definitely one of such natural beauties. It is located inside Kobyl\u00ed vrch (hill) above the settlement of Tatransk\u00e1 kotlina and was declared a national natural landmark. It was opened to the public in 1882 and has the richest dripstone (sinter) decoration of all caves in the Tatras. Only 1,370 metres of its total length of 3,829 metres are accessible. There is an interesting lighting system that was installed already in 1896. <br\/><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vodopadskok.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5914\" width=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vodopadskok.jpg 620w, https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vodopadskok-300x194.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skok waterfall<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Water beauties created by nature are dominated by the waterfalls Skok and Kme\u0165ov. Vodop\u00e1d Skok is located in Mlynick\u00e1 dolina (valley). It is fed by the brook of Mlynica, which falls down from a height of 100 m and looks as if it was jumping. That\u00b4s why it is called \u201cSkok\u201d (=jump) in Slovak. The waterfall with the highest water volume in the High Tatras is 25 m long. On the other hand, Kme\u0165ov vodop\u00e1d is the longest one in the High Tatras. The most popular and most visited one is \u0160trbsk\u00e9 pleso, regarded as the second largest tarn in Slovakia. Tourists can admire its beauties from the shore as well as from attractive boats. <br\/><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/hincovo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5918\" width=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/hincovo.jpg 738w, https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/hincovo-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 738px) 100vw, 738px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ve\u013ek\u00e9 Hincovo pleso (tarn)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u013ek\u00e9 Hincovo pleso is another beautiful natural phenomenon. It is the largest and deepest kettle tarn in the Slovak section of the High Tatras, located at the altitude of 1,946 m in Hincov\u00e1 kotlina (basin), in the upper part of Mengusovsk\u00e1 dolina (valley). The tarn is 53 m deep and has the total area of 20.08 ha.<br\/><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/koprova-dolina.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5922\" width=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/koprova-dolina.jpg 800w, https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/koprova-dolina-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/regiontatry.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/koprova-dolina-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00f4prov\u00e1 dolina (valley)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Valleys located at the foot of the mountains are full of tourist trails. Follow them and you won\u00b4t regret it. They offer beautiful panoramic views. K\u00f4prov\u00e1 dolina (valley) is 12 km long and has many side valleys. A tourist trail that runs through it helps tourists discover real natural riches \u2013 green meadows, thick forests and K\u00f4provsk\u00fd potok (brook). It continues through Hlinsk\u00e1 dolina (valley), to Vy\u0161n\u00e9 K\u00f4provsk\u00e9 sedlo (saddle) up to Mengusovsk\u00e1 dolina (valley). It even goes as high as to K\u00f4provsk\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt (peak), which rises above the valley along with Mt. Kriv\u00e1\u0148<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mt. Kriv\u00e1\u0148 is an imposing peak that is located in the western section of the High Tatras and rises to the altitude of 2,494.7 m. It has several ridges. Lomnick\u00fd \u0160t\u00edt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mt. Lomnick\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt is one of the most famous peaks of the High Tatras and the second highest peak in Slovakia. It reaches as high as 2,633.8 m and its summit resembles a three-sided pyramid. A cable car that operates to the peak from Skalnat\u00e9 Pleso has helped make it popular. Gerlachovsk\u00fd \u0160t\u00edt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the trio, there is Gerlachovsk\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt, the highest peak of the Tatras and the whole Carpathian Mountains. It is located between the peaks of Zadn\u00fd \u013dadov\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt and \u0160irok\u00e1 ve\u017ea at the altitude of 2,376 m. It is the highest located saddle and connects the valleys Mal\u00e1 Studen\u00e1 dolina and Zadn\u00e1 Javorov\u00e1 dolina. Mal\u00fd Ke\u017emarsk\u00fd \u0160t\u00edt<br\/><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The last but not least of ten most spectacular natural beauties is Mt. Mal\u00fd Ke\u017emarsk\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt, the largest rock face in the High Tatras.
