The TATRAS microbrewery offers guided micro-brewery tours
We invite you to take a tour of our brewery with an expert explanation. The minimum number of participants is 5 and the maximum is 15 per tour.
During the tour, you will learn how beer is made, what ingredients are used in the brewing process and we will introduceto you our brewing technologies and methods.
All beers brewed at TATRAS have their own secret recipe. To preserve their unique aroma and taste, our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized. No preservatives, substitutes, colorants, artificial flavors, or additives are used. We carefully select barley malt (or wheat malt) for brewing. The malt is milled and then mixed with water. During the brewing process, various types of hops are added. The freshly brewed young beer is cooled and transferred to the fermentation tank, where brewer’s yeast awaits at the bottom. The yeast begins to consume the sugars in the young beer, converting them into alcohol, carbon dioxide, and heat. Once fermentation is complete, the beer is transferred to a lying tank for maturation. Each beer is unique, brewed according to its recipe.
In our restaurant, you can enjoy our beers in tasting sets.
TOURS ARE ORGANIZED BY APPOINTMENT, usually during weekdays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
