Guests staying in the region:
- Accommodated guests can complete their stay without extension, but no longer than 10.1.2021. New guests arriving after 31.12.2020 cannot be accommodated
- Every person who stays at a hotel or another accommodation facility must show a certificate to prove their negative result of an antigen COVID-19 test taken less than 72 hours before or of an RT-PCR COVID-19 test taken less than 72 hours before. This obligation does not apply to children under 10 years.
Tourists:
- When in public and in any interior, every person must cover their nose and mouth in an appropriate way.
- Tourists who take a walk, make a hiking trip and spend time in nature in the Tatras don’t have to show their negative COVID-19 test results.
Skiing, travelling with ski lifts and cable cars (hands – face mask – distance)
- From 1.1.2021 are closed ski resorts and cable cars
Other sports (cross-country skiing, ski touring, jogging and other outdoor sports)
- When in public or in any interior, every person must cover their nose and mouth in an appropriate way.
- When performing a sport, the nose and mouth cover is not obligatory but it is highly recommended that everybody behaves responsibly and keeps a safe distance from other people.
- From 1.1.2021 is closed the cross-country skiing area in Štrbské Pleso
SKI BUS transport:
- From 1.1.2021, the operation of all AQUA & SKI BUS bus lines is canceledWhile travelling with a ski bus, every passenger must cover their nose and mouth in an appropriate way. The drivers are entitled to order any passenger who refuses to respect the terms of transport to leave the bus.
- Please keep a safe distance while travelling with a bus and while waiting for it.
- Please respect all marked distance restrictions.
- All buses are disinfected every day.
Gastronomy facilities:
- Based on the regulation of 11.12.2020, all gastronomy facilities can serve food and drinks only as take out or delivery.
- Interiors and terraces are closed.
