Views of a frozen countryside and creaking snow under the feet make running in winter special. Snow absorbs the shock of the feet and offers many benefits. The training plan should be changed to slow and endurance running in winter. It´s determination that is most important along with appropriate clothes and warm-up at the beginning (stretching).
