A suspension cable car to Lomnický štít
From Skalnaté Pleso, one can take a suspension cable car to get to Lomnický štít (peak) (2,634 m above sea level) and have a cup of delicious coffee on a suspension observatory terrace of the Dedo Café, visit a small natural botanical garden or an observatory. As the capacity of the cable car to Lomnický štít is lower when compared to the one from Tatranská Lomnica to Skalnaté Pleso, visitors are advised to buy a ticket a few days in advance at ticket offices in Tatranská Lomnica or Starý Smokovec.
