Koliba Kamzík is a traditional Slovak restaurant in Starý Smokovec and one of the most popular places for good food in the High Tatras. With its stylish folk-style interior, it offers a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and cuisine that blends traditional Slovak fare with modern flavors.
The restaurant is ideal for a family lunch, a romantic dinner, a private celebration, or a corporate gathering. The menu features bryndzové halušky, strapačky, potato šúľance, modern-style steaks, fresh grilled fish, vegetarian salads, and children’s portions.
Every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, a live band enhances the atmosphere, bringing Slovak folklore to the venue. Koliba Kamzík has an indoor seating capacity of 80, and during the warmer months, an outdoor terrace with a capacity of 80 is also available.

The restaurant seats 80 indoors and, during the warmer months, offers an additional 80 seats on the terrace. We recommend making a reservation for evening visits or larger groups.
The menu features bryndza halušky, strapačky, homemade pirohy, and šúľance, as well as steaks, fish, salads, and gluten-free dishes.
A children's menu and a play area are available for children. A live folk band performs at Koliba Kamzík every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
